From this lesson i learnt the importance of creating a lesson plan, preferably one that is written down. It is important to keep the class plan, flexible and free but not unorganised and rigid. There must be enough flexibility and anticipation on the teacher's part, for questions and student talk time. The ESA lesson planning its a concise, well organised plan that would produce a managable, organised lesson plan. Lesson planning must clearly be improved with time, as the teacher gains experience. It is also important to set a goal of succeeding the learning objectives, set on each lesson plan. If the learning objective is not achieved today, the teacher should make it a point to go back to that objective or set it as an objective for the next lesson. Time management is very important on the teacher's part as it gives students the impression that the teacher is dedicated and well equipt for the class. It is also important to keep note and a record of the progress of the class. Areas of difficulty and students who find learning diffucult must be noted down and addressed.
