The cooperation of a \"good teacher\" and \"good students\" gives the best results in the process of learning. A good teacher should be caring, kind, motivated, enthusiastic, sensitive, patient, entertaining. He/she should have a good subject knowledge, good interaction with the students, be able to give help and individual attention, be able to correct students without offending and be able to motivate students. Usually the teacher has some roles in the class: the manager, the oganizer, the model, the participant, the tutor, the monitor, the assessor and others. A good learner should have a willingness to ask questions and to experiment with the language, a desire to learn and to listen to the language, an acceptance of error correction and be motivated enough to continue learning.
