In the first video the teacher made many mistakes. He never smile, he doesn't know the name of the students, he is not oriented on the learners, but he is only focused on himself. The teacher doesn't care about the interest of the students and their understanding. He doesn't pay attention on the skills of the students and he often turns his back to the learner, so no eye contact. He doesn't explain properly the \"modal auxiliary verb\" and he is not prepared for the questions of the students. Basically he is not self motivated and he has not a lesson plan to follow. This reflects his poor organisation and ability to manage the time in the classroom. In the second video the teacher is self motivated and he his focused on his students. He has a lesson plan to follow and he perfectly handle the class. He always smiles and he shows a positive attitude that it is reflected during the lesson. He follows a plan structure of the lesson with engage phase, study phase and activate phase. He encourages the students to be active part of the lesson with debate, examples and group's work. He is ready to use tools to let the students understanding the subject of the lesson, like pictures, draws and exercises. The attitude of the teacher can really influence the good success of the lesson.
