Unit 1 has been a reflection of the relationship between a teacher and students. since a teacher is supposed to be more concerned about the learning of the children than his or her teaching, it is needless and boring to jump to a next lesson when the students have not understood the previous lesson. Being a teacher, you have to take into consideration the age, culture, motivation for learning and their learning experiences so as to know how to motivate the students to learn. A good teacher gains satisfaction only after the students must have understood the lesson so well and for this to be effective, a good teacher possesses certain roles such as Manager who takes control of the class and activities, an Organizer who gives students instructions and set them in pairs for a particular task, an Assessor who gives feedback and correction in addition to evaluation, a Prompter who encourages the students to give further information by asking follow up questions,a Participant , a Tutor, a Facilitator or Resource, a Model and an Observer. Also during classroom activities, the teacher should know when to intervene and switch roles. In conclusion, a good teacher with positives aspects of a teacher will always have good students with positive aspects of students will have a successful class.
