I learned that not all beginners are to be treated the same. False Beginners actually know some English, while Absolute Beginners do not. They both will want to go over the basics, however. Adult beginners are much more motivated than young learners, but can be tired, while young learners can soak up more information more quickly. Learners without a Roman Alphabet need to learn letters. One-to-one classes cannot use all the activities that a full class of students could use. You can focus more on the needs, wants, and interests of the individual student. Business English, or English for a Special Purpose, is often taught within a company setting. You can have varied skill levels present, as an entire department may be in the same class. Don't worry about teaching them business, because you are an English teacher. Teach them English. Multilingual classes have many different L1s present, which forces them all to use English. They don't have the same problems, but they have more exposure to English, as they are usually living in an English-speaking country. Monolingual classes all share the same L1. They will have similar issues with English, which can be addressed easier, but they are not as exposed to English, and there will be a temptation for them to use their L1 in class.
