Being aware of the different groups, and having a solid methodology and technique is the only way to successfully address and efficiently interact with the classroom in its entirety of chaos. It?s also important to be aware of potential problems that could arise with all levels and be prepared to combat them with proven techniques. These same rules apply whether you?re teaching a class or tutoring students one on one. Whoever the case, identify who you?re teaching, their age level, their learning type, their interest, and potential problems, then establish a professional relationship and change the course according to their needs. Understand that behavior in the classroom most likely is affected by external factors and be mindful with management and discipline. Don?t issue threats, always follow through with discipline.
