This unit was very helpful in introducing me to a broad range of teaching methods in TEFL and then gave many useful examples of teaching exercises and theories in the Engage Study Activate method. I feel ESA is a very good framework for beginner teachers like myself to work with so this unit was a good start to understanding these methods.From this unit, I learned the distinction between reported and direct speech. I also learned to pay more attention to each conditional form, and to explain each form in a way that will be easily comprehensible to students who are unfamiliar with the English language. This lesson was helpful because it outlined each conditional form simply.
