This unit was dedicated to the present tenses and their usage. It was explained in detail on how to show the students the structure of the 4 present tenses as well as how to form negative forms or questions. The ideas on what kind of activities to use in the activate stage of the lesson were particularly helpful. The irregular forms of the verbs were mentioned as well.The Present Simple, Present Continuous, and Present Perfect, are necessary categories of grammar to know for the correct expression of the English language. As a teacher of the language it is crucial to know these in order to facilitate the learning process for our students in the classroom. In all there are twelve categories to know these being the first of the three.
