This unit talks about theories, methods and techniques of teaching. I feel that I've learned to understand which method and technique best suits my audience and also what, when and how to correct. The ESA method is something very new to learn and I'm excited about learning this new approach. It's an exciting topic which I'm really looking forward to apply in the future.I learned that there are many teaching methods, that can be combined, according to the needs of the students, and it is important to praise the student instead of correcting all the time. In fact, there is no need to correct each and every mistake the students make, most of the times the student will correct himself, or else the other students may help him get it right.
