This unit goes over advantages and disadvantages of certain materials that a teacher can use in a classroom. Materials such as a course workbook. This unit gives examples of homemade options as well. Some of which would be more interesting to the students than just following a course book. The examples of the homemade materials are helpful and give plenty of new ideas as well.This unit taught me the importance of Teacher Talk Time ad Student Talk Time. I also learned how to organize the seating arrangements in a classroom and what factors to consider when doing so. It was very helpful because it taught me why students may have behavior problems and to focus on the behavior and not the person. I tend to focus on the person and not just the behavior.
