This unit provided a video example of both an effective and poor ESA lesson, as well as a list of reflection exercises to consider regarding the videos. I found that this unit was quite effective being after the lesson planning unit as you can see aspects of the lesson plan throughout the video lesson, and how it should be used as a flexible guide rather than a structured script.Similar to the present tense, this unit was difficult for me. I had learned some of the differences between the tenses and how they are used in describing an action completed, versus one that had been completed, or one that had started at a specific point and was continuing, ect. Although the unit provides great examples, this specific component of grammar is not my strong suite.
