I've learned the importance of lesson planning and its components.To make a lesson planning that is not scripted instead a lesson plan that will make students enjoy their lesson.To use the ESA method and its significant in doing a lesson plan.Its not enough that a teacher deliver or carry out her/his lesson but also get some feedback on her/his students on what they have learned.This unit covered a lot of different teaching methods and ideas for the classroom. It explained in which way to successfully orchestrate the flow of your classroom, allowing students to become engaged, study and activate their new skills. I have learnt the difference between an error and a mistake, and that the way we critique our students is a large part of the learning process.
