Much like the system and structure of the present tense, this unit reminded (hah, past simple) me of usage and form of the English language that I have grown quite accustomed to. Look back at this unit, the summary page of this unit provided a very brief and insightful overview. I really valued this page and will definitely look back to this section when I start teaching students.Unit 11 is based on teaching receptive skills; reading and listening. Classifying these skills as receptive skills for good learners has been an interesting notion. It further explains the importance and then the practical element of there role in the activities and lesson plan. The unit covers explicit details for knowledge and examples that can be transferred into the classroom.
