In this unit I learned a lot about the passive and active voice, the modals and the phrasal verbs. It was very interesting to see why we change certain phrases and to see them fall into one particular category. I learned a lot about the differences between a passive and an active voice and how to recognize them.Unit 8 covers the future tenses in the English language. Similarly to the words used at the beginning of the unit, there are so many to choose from, however, not all of them are regularly used. For teaching purposes, I found the overview helpful, especially the teaching techniques at the end of each description.
