Getting back to the theory behind the English language, unit 6 exposes the difficulties many non-English speakers may face with the past tense. We had already gone over the present tense in a previous unit, which I believe was a little more difficult for me to cover, rather then past tense. Past tense does have some irregular verbs that need to be identified while teaching and this unit showed me the importance of that. Other issues that may arise were evident in the unit, however, I do not feel as if this will be a challenging unit for me to teach to students. I'm sure I will be wrong about this and will still face many challenges that need to be overcome.
