Unit 16 continues the course?s coverage of English grammar and examines the various types of conditional sentences which are as follows: zero, first, second, third, and mixed conditionals. It also looks at the differences between direct and reported (indirect) speech, including changes in verb tenses and time expressions. The section on typical mistakes/errors committed by students will be useful in drafting lesson plans that incorporate prepared solutions for potential student inaccuracies. Likewise, the section on 'teaching ideas' included a number of practical and creative ideas for lesson activities, such as split sentences and chain conditionals.
