In this unit, we covered the makeup of lesson planning. There are many ways to plan a lesson, but the most essential and effective way to write down a lesson is to keep it simple and organized. A lesson plan should include learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date and time, and names of any observers. A plan is useful not as a guide, but as a written record of material covered to refer to in the future if needed by yourself or any substitutes. I feel as if the material covered in this unit will be the most useful in my time as a teacher.
