Therefore the needs assessment form is a great way to determine where the students are at and what they would like to get out of the class. This will help create buy in from the students and further motivate them to do well in class.As a final lesson it reminds us of the basic concept of communication. Establishing rapport, finding out about the students needs, helping them achieve their goals and encouraging them to stay motivated while learning English. The lesson suggested some warm-up activities and how to work with different levels by using various materials to keep each level engaged, interested and learning.
