It covers why we read or listen .What are the subskills in the receptive skills . Potential problems while reading and listening. How to avoid the problems. Also an ESA patch work lesion is described for a receptive skills lesson.This unit was about equipment and teaching aids that you might find and use in the classroom. Some useful links were supplied. Other than that, this unit might be a useful introduction to someone who has little to no experience with technology. It does seem a bit dated since a section is dedicated to cassette recorders, although I suppose one might still find them in third world countries.
