When I decided to take this course I had no idea how much I would actually learn! I was challenged to recall my rusty grammar and enjoyed learning again I found the formats for studying the structures good especially the form patterns which were very helpful. I was very impressed with your unique method of Engage Study and Activate. I did not see that in any of the other courses I checked into and was I chose your program. It made for the lesson plans to flow well and had the intro the main point being taught and the final practice of what we learned. I really liked the format a lot! I learned a lot about how to write up a lesson plan and one that I am confident will be very workable. Having done a little bit of ESL teaching to chinese nationals in Singapore without having any training in teaching ESL gives me even a greater appreciation of what we learned in your course. Your course seems to be a well rounded course that will give me the tools needed to pursue teaching. I plan to use what I have learned and put that with some supplemental materials and possibly a course book . I found our tutor to be helpful and pleasant and will be sad to not have her help in the future ? A final comment would be that I was pleased and enjoyed the studies although it was a challenge at times. I feel equipped to use what I have learned even with a bit of first teacher jitters I know I can do this! ? As to how I will use it we will see as my husband and I return to the usa after nearly 30 years overseas and see what we can do. We might be using this material to teach spanish speaking people in arizona or nevada. Then again who knows maybe we will end up back overseas again! We would recommend the course to others.
