I have learned a lot of the english language itself and it has already helped with teaching most grammar subjects in my higher-elementary school classes. I have also found that ordering the class differently will have a large impact on the dynamics found between students and the teacher. Group work is very effective for older students but offers some problems when working with younger students. What I will use a lot more is different activation stages to reinforce the material that has just been studied in class or over the period of a few classes. I will make better use of evaluation to see how well students have mastered current work if at all, and adapt accordingly.
