I enjoy my work. I am among those lucky people who love what they do. My work is my hobby and my life, because it is my private business. And I love teaching as much as I love studying. When I began my teaching career, I didn?t stop being a student myself. This course is a great asset to me as I have definitely gained a lot. I like the style and the language of the units. Many tasks are challenging and require creative approach. The whole idea of ESA lesson structure is very useful, and teaching ideas are of great value. I have acquired practical knowledge about managing classes, teaching receptive and productive skills. The grammar units contain a lot of simple and very precise explanations I am going to make use of. Being a training teacher for my staff, I am going to teach them to plan their lessons following the ESA structure. I have already asked them to make sure they use supplementary materials with all the students they teach, and to note down what exactly they used and how they worked with it. At the end of each week I collect their notes, look through and write my comments. I have decided to use some of the course information to challenge my teachers with and to print out some of fantastic thoughts I came across while studying the units and have them framed and put on the wall. Some of my teachers have already expressed their intention to apply for the online tesol certificate course next summer.
