There are so many things that I have learned from this course. Most importantly, I feel that I have gained a lot about lesson planning and have begun to understand how much easier it is when you plan ahead, rather than trying to throw things together last minute. Many things were quite obvious, but obvious things most often times fly right over the head of the ignorant. I was and still am ignorant; however, I have been given a little light on this subject; enough anyway to find my way to more information that will undoubtedly help me to be a better teacher. My hope is to use most, if not all of the hints and tips in the classroom (actually, I have already), so that I provide the students with everything that I am capable of doing for them. Not to mention, my goal is to be a pastor, therefore, all of this has teaching, leading, directing, encouraging and correcting aspects which will easily transfer over to that area in my life.
