Plus, the units will be a good reference tool for me to utilize during lesson planning. It was very useful learning the EFL methodologies and utilizing ESA in my lesson plans. Without this course, I would not have a good idea of how to create an effective lesson plan. Likewise, the tips and ideas on the different stages of a lesson plan are invaluable and I will incorporate them into my classes. Also, the classroom management provided good ideas on ways to maintain a successful learning environment. It was also helpful to see an ineffective lesson versus an effective lesson in unit 15.
