The one lesson that I am really going to take away from this course is how to implement and teach grammar to students. I was familiar with a lot of the pedagogy that was taught in this course but it was learning how to integrate a new content into what I had previously learned, in and out of the classroom, which will benefit me the most. I know now how to assess weakness and errors in speech and writing. As well, there are the nuances in language that I am much more aware of since taking this course. I plan to take regular assessments, both formal and informal, in order to constantly assess my students and plan a future course of action. I think that this assessing and planning is the most crucial to my success in the classroom. The most difficult action can be simply where to go next but I feel now that I have a solid foundation from which to build a curriculum off of. There is just so much more that I am aware of grammatically that I know I can be a service to my students. I am also looking forward to implementing some of the games and activities that I learned in this course. There is a lot that I would like to see in action and observe the results in terms of learning and comprehension. As I said before there is a lot of material that I can draw from now and I am thankful for that. I know that the resources I have been given and the methodology that was taught is going to be of service to me and I plan on implementing as much as I can. This course has given me the foundation I need and I am looking forward to planning and executing the lessons I plan to the best of my ability.
