This unit explores various aspects of classroom management, topics covered including classroom arrangement, establishing rapport with my students and how to use my voice, eyes and other body language gestures effectively. This unit has given me a fresher perspective to my classroom interaction and given me a broader picture as I continue to research further on the complex subject of classroom discipline.Unit 13 shares the expectations of teaching classes with varied student backgrounds. Being from a multi-lingual background myself, I understand the dynamics of the do's and don'ts as mention in the unit and find the needs analysis extremely useful though I have not used it before as it can help gauge student requirements as well as to see if we are on the right track of their school and work requirements.
