This Unit was about past tenses. These included past simple, past perfect, past continuous, and past perfect continous. One of the main focuses on form of these past tenses is that the verbs 'to be' and 'to have' must be in the past tense to be in the past. Knowing form is good, but you also must know usage of each tense. In a nutshell, Past Perfect is a completed action at a definite time in the past, Past Continuous is an interrupted past action or description, Past Perfect is an action that occurred before other action in the past, and Past Perfect Continuous is a longer action in the past that had been going on up until another past moment you are thinking about. This unit was very helpful.
