Unit 4 discussed the four different aspects that fall under the umbrella of the present tense. In this unit I studied four \"sub tenses\" the present simple, the present continuous, the present perfect, and the present perfect continuous. As stated at the beginning of the unit, the tense system is probably one of the most complicated things for students to learn and for teachers to teach. I really liked how unit 4 covered each sub tense individually and explained when it should be used, the typical mistakes/errors that students make, and some ideas to reinforce the grammar point. I thought that this made the idea of teaching the present tense easier and more attainable for people such as myself.
