Within this unit, conditionals were covered. Conditionals express the past, present and future possibilities. Depending on how a verb is conjugated, the type of conditional being expressed differs. These changes in verb conjugation can make it difficult for English learners to avoid mistakes associated with conditionals. How to report direct speech was also covered in this unit. When reporting what somebody has said, the time of events must be cohesive to when the speech is relayed. For example, \"tomorrow\" must become \"the next day\" or \"the day after\" because if time has passed, the meaning of what \"tomorrow\" is in relation to when the speech is quote is conveyed changes slightly in meaning.
