This unit reflects the fundamental characteristics of a good teacher, the roles of a teacher, and the experience and motivation of the students. A good teacher can be defined both by the teacher's personality and the relationship which teacher establish with the students. But, a simple definition of a good teacher is a teacher that loves and cares about his/her teaching while concentrating on the learning of the students. Secondly, the unit introduces the roles of a teacher. The roles should be changed depending on what activity the class is doing. Lastly, the unit explains the reasons why the student is learning a second language and the age factor makes the difference in motivation of the students.
