This unit was about modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. From this unit I have learnt other grammar points that I will need to teach my students. I have begun to have a better understanding of modal auxiliary verbs and their uses in sentences. I found it particularly interesting that one sentence can have various degrees of meaning depending on which auxiliary modal verb that is used for example \"You may leave the room\" compared to \"You can leave the room\" has a very meaning and interpretation to the person that you have said this to. In general I understood the passive voice but I will need to continue to study the phrasal verbs more as I found this a bit difficult to understand in formality.
