This unit outlines the qualities of a good teacher as well as a good learner while not failing to state that \"a good teacher always has good students\". I agree with this statement because I think that a good teacher will be actively looking for - seeking out - the good in their students. The chapter also lists the various roles a teacher may assume, as well as the levels ability of students (ranging from beginner to advanced). Finally, the chapter lists some motivations as to why students may be coming to language classes. I thought this section was informative. In order to grow as a teacher, I would like to focus on the motivations of my students, and therefore move forward in my career with clarity.
