This unit include different methods and techniques, needed to be applied by teacher, to teach English language to students. In all of the given techniques ESA is one of the most influenced current TEFL practice for new teachers. ESA means Engage, Study, and Activate. ESA based lesson have 3 different structure which are; straight arrow pattern for elementary class, boomerang for pre-intermediate class, and patchwork for intermediate class. These all topic are explained with gaming ideas, different classroom activities, and examples.
