This lesson went over learning about how to teach different types of learners. Teaching young learners is very different from teaching adults, in their motivation, needs, understanding, and overall atmosphere. Knowing how to be the most effective teacher for the situation is very important. There are obvious overlaps in needs, variety to keep students engaged, basic understanding of materials, preparedness, but the ways in which to do that vary a lot. Also, understanding that children especially have forces outside of their control at home which will influence them and their behavior and how to manage that. This unit essentially went over how to be the best teacher possible for a variety of class types.
