In this chapter, I have learned of the importance of eye contact, gesture, student's names and voice quality within the classroom. Grouping students and organizing the desks in various ways drastically affects the dynamic of the classroom and potentially how the lesson is learned by the students. The teacher should be wary about the time spent writing on the board and should focus on minimizing it. TTT also, should be minimized and only imployed when necessary. The teacher should try to balance group and individual attention given to students. Lastly, the instructor should try to establish a healthy rapport with his or her classroom but also should maintain discipline should a conflict arise during class.
