This unit deals with both roles, teacher and student. As regards teacher it states that the teacher should or could have different roles within the classroom. For example, the teacher can be a facilitator, assessor, prompter, manager, organiser, etc. A good teacher should be kind and patient, love teaching, motivate learners, etc. A good learner should be willing to participate, experiment with the language accept error correction, want to learn, etc. There are several levels of learners: beginners, elementary, pre intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced. Teachers should eb aware of the differences among learners as regards age, cultural background, life experiences, motivation, etc.
