Unit 10 talks about lesson observation. Lesson observation is very important for TEFL teachers because you learn many teaching techniques from a real teaching situation with real students. Unit 10 shows two lessons to observe. The first lesson shows a teacher making many teaching faults that every TEFL teacher should avoid. For instance, teachers should avoid any negative and bad attitudes while teaching because this will have a bad effect on students. The second lesson shows a good teacher with a positive and engaging attitude which leads to students with a high level of participation. I have learnt a lot from the second lesson and the most important is to smile and establish a good rapport with my learners.
