The Unit 5 is about managing classes. I have learnt such important issues as classroom management, grouping students, classroom arrangement, talking time of teachers and students, giving instruction and others. All of the issues are essential but personally for me the crucial one is maintaining discipline. To make the process of study as an effective one a teacher has to involve all students, make them interested in the study issue and make them thinking. However all that is grounded on a good discipline. Due to different cultural and age backgrounds of students, that might be a big challenge, which can destroy all initial plans and intentions. That is why an ability to maintain the discipline is so important.
