This unit explains the different ways to interact with students and the right moment to use them. Also explains the different kind of group work and their advantages and disadvantages.Classwork arrangement and the concepts to consider in order to find the better is something that gave me new ideas. The right position or place of the teacher during different stages of the lesson also gave me a new perspective.The unit also talks about the way to respond to behavior issues and the main reasons to have them. Another information I found particularly useful is the ideas to create rapport in the class, I have used some of them but also found others I have never used and that will be very helpful on my teaching path.
