After learning Unit 3 and watching videos about the ESA methodology and methods and techniques of teaching, I've gained a lot of knowledge on how to apply them in my teaching. When thinking about an English lesson, it is useful to keep these 3 elements in mind: E-enggae S-study A-activate These 3 elements should always be present in every teaching sequence to be able to execute the target lessons effectively. I'm a beginner in the field of teaching with only over one year of experience. I can say that I always struggle in making lesson plans as well as executing them during the class. With the help of the vital principles I've learned here, I now understand them and I will put what I've learned into action.
