This unit introduced me to the tense system, in this particular instance it focused on the present tense. The unit taught me the four different types of present tense ( Present simple, Present Perfect, Present Perfect continuous and Present continuous) alongside their forms and usages. The unit also gave useful suggestions on Teaching ideas and activities to use in the classroom as well as pointing out some of the more common student errors often encountered in this subject. The unit overall taught me much on the present tense, particularly in regards to identifying the difference between present perfect and present perfect continuous that I was initially getting confused by prior to the starting of this unit.
