This unit explains how to form the four present verb forms as well as when to use them. Questions and negative forms are explained. The unit gives examples of exercises to use when teaching a verb form as well as practice in finding errors in student work and how to correct and explain reasoning for a correction. This unit was the most time consuming so far. Though I have used these verb forms my entire life, it is a different experience understanding why I use them and how I might show a non-native speaker how to use them. I hope there will be more information on how to help students understand the subtle differences in using one form or another or how to use a form that their own language does not have!
