First, I have learnt that there are several different kinds of learning and development theories, such as maturation, environmental constructivism and so on. The maturation theory emphasizes there is a nature sequence of events that will take place, regardless of any stimuli, while environmental theory indicates that environment is a fundamental for people's behavior. Second, i realized that learning environment is very important for students to learn, especially different tables arrangement have different functions in the classroom and semi-circle is the best one. Third, when teachers teach, maturation should be considered. That means we need to use different teaching methods according to different age groups.
