This unit outline some general information about learners and teachers. I like the information on the different age group of learners. I think having knowledge of how each age group may act helps with teachers to plan their lessons. For example, if you are teaching age group of 7 or lower, you know that this age has a low attention span therefor as a teacher you want to prepare some lessons with multiple activities. I think it is important to understand the teacher vs student relationship. The more you have grasp on your teaching profession, the better you can manage your students. I think this unit is not very technical but it gives information in terms of how you can be a better teacher in a classroom. Thanks!
