This unit focused on grammar and the importance of past, present, and perfect principles that were reviewed from earlier chapters. The way native English teachers speak, it's important to remember how our verb tenses and grammar changes depending on the type of speech. I liked the way this unit separated the conditions into categories with examples to show the differences between them. Similarly, the chart that showed the way tenses change when reporting direct speech was easy to understand to what essentially comes natural to me as a native English speaker. I look forward to using the charts and diagrams in this unit for future lessons to help understand the way conditions and direct/reported speech are written.
