In this unit, I watched two videos which are based around ESA demonstration. The teacher deliberately makes a number of basic errors, and teaches effectively in the second lesson. I recognized both the good and bad methods and techniques.The teacher should be able to use the riight method to engage the students, otherwise the students will be confused and intimidated. The students are willing to respond with a high level of the participation,because of the teacher's positive and engaging attitude. The teacher should provide clear examples to elicit what he's looking for. The teacher uses his voice more effectively in the second lesson by speaking slowly and clearly. The teacher makes the students feel comfortable by smiling.
