In this unit I learned about the common problem situations that could occur in the classroom. I found this unit to be very helpful because it gives great tips and examples of what could happen during your teaching career; and what potential things the teacher can do to make the situation better. In my opinion, the section that helped me the most was the advice given on reluctant students. In many potential situations, I could see dealing with reluctant students as a problem and could potentially slow down the momentum in the classroom. However, these tips like pair work and role-play can be very essential for students who may not want to participate at first, but in the end, encouraging them to in a fun and comfortable manner.
