Watching these two lessons was a real indicator that a teachers attitude is so important when in a classroom with students. I was bored and irritated with the first lesson and found myself wanting to do something other than watch the lesson, however, I pushed through. Watching the second lesson was a welcome relief and I felt engaged and eager to see what the teacher would come up with next for the students.A lesson plan is the teacher?s road map in teaching, so lesson planning is a vital component in the teaching and learning process. It is a tool that aids teachers in achieving their teaching goals, keeps them on tract, and acts as a record of what the class has done and which materials have been used. Unit 9 also emphasizes the importance of a well-structured lesson plan to the career of novice educators.
