Planning lessons can be a big help for inexperienced teachers. However, they have to remember that they still need to be flexible in order to meet the needs of students. A lesson plan will help the teacher to be more organised, it should be kept simple and flexible. To build a good lesson plan it's good to include the main phases of the lesson (engage, study, activate) and the activities planned for each phase.This unit is about teaching the productive skills writing and speaking. I learned about accuracy and fluency activities and how to use them. The diference between writing and reading was very clear and divided in to two different chapters. It was very helpful to see a overview of the importance of writing and reading. I also found the chapter about games very helpfull and I had a look at the pages you recommend.
