In this unit I have learned about present tenses, how to form affirmative and negative sentences and also how to form questions , and when to use them . I also got some good ideas about how to teach these tenses to students and what possible mistakes and errors they could make . The four present tenses studied in this unit were: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous.Actually, It is connected closely with ESA learning systems. It is nice to learn how I can use Strait Arrow, Boomerang and Patchwork ESA in teaching new language. Vocabulary, Grammar and Language function have different way of ESA but some activities are shared. It mean, all three points are connected each others. Therefore, Students can learn English step by step, in order from vocabulary to language functions.
